Wheelhouse LLC will run JMH Capital Portfolio Company

Wheelhouse LLC and JMH capital are pleased to announce the selection of Wheelhouse LLC to run a Houston based industrial services company. Mark Graham, co-founder and managing partner of Wheelhouse LLC.,
will assume the CEO position for SRR-IBS the nation’s leading provider of industrial communication services and flow management solutions. SRR-IBS has been an industry leader for over 12 years serving the petrochemical markets through eight locations from coast to coast. Mr. Graham is extremely optimistic about the growth opportunities for his new company and has plans to invest in new markets, products, and complimentary businesses.

During his more than 15-year tenure in chief executive roles for both private and public companies, Graham has a proven track record in successfully leading companies through mergers and acquisitions, a keen understanding of initial public offerings, and vast experience managing companies going through various types of complicated management transitions. Prior to founding Wheelhouse LLC, Graham served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ReMedPar, Inc., a leading provider of aftermarket imaging products, services and equipment to healthcare professionals. In this role, he quickly stabilized the company and then grew the business year over year. Subsequently, he managed the sale of the company which resulted in record multiples for investors and one of the most profitable transactions ever for the lead sponsor, a New York-based private equity firm.

Graham began his career with Allied Signal where held several sales and marketing management roles. From Allied Signal he joined a PE sponsored international distribution firm as Division President then President Mergers and Acquisitions. He managed the roll up of this international distribution company completing 13 acquisitions in three years doubling the size of the firm, leading to a successful IPO. The result was significant returns for shareholders and growing the company to nearly 1 billion in revenue. Graham also held CEO roles for a banking services company, then a health care services company before starting Wheelhouse LLC in 2009. Throughout the years, Graham has been active in numerous community and leadership organizations. He has a bachelor of arts from the University of Tennessee and an executive management certificate from Emory University.
